The provisions of this Act or any rule made thereunder shall have effect notwithstanding anything contained in the Rajasthan Cooperative Societies Act, 1965 (Rajasthan Act 13 of 1965) or in any other law for the time being in force including the Registration Act, 19O8 (Central Act 16 of 1908) or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any enactment other than this Act.
