In this Act, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context, (a) 'Opium' includes chandu, madak, and every other preparation or admixture of opium which may be used for smoking; (b) 'Place' includes a building, house, shop, booth, chhapar, tent, vessel, raft and vehicle and any part thereof.
