Every employee of a recognised institution shall be governed by the code of conduct as may be prescribed and on the violation by him of any provision of such code of conduct, the employee shall be liable to a disciplinary action. 1. Inserted by Rajasthan Act No. 10 of 2003 (w.e.f. 8.4.2003)
