Powers of the State Government to call for information.- (1) The State Government may call for information from the University relating to its working, functions, achievements, standard of teaching, examination and research or any other matters as it may consider necessary to judge the efficiency of the University in such form and within such time as may be prescribed by rules. 33¼60½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] ekpZ 30] 2017 Hkkx 4 ¼d½ 60 (2) The University shall be bound to furnish the information as required by the State Government under sub-section (1) within the prescribed time.
