The Registrar.- (1) The Registrar shall be appointed by the Chairperson in such manner as may be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) The Registrar shall be the Member-Secretary of the Board of Management and Academic Council but he shall not have a right to vote. (4) The Registrar shall exercise such other powers and perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes.
