Filling up of casual vacancy :- (1) Casual vacancies in the office of the [Vice-President]19or any member of the Board, other than the ex-officio member caused by death, resignation, removal or otherwise shall be filled up by the State Government by appointment of persons who are not disqualified under sub section (2) of section 5. [(2) A casual vacancy in the office of the President caused by the death, resignation, minority, or otherwise shall be filled up by the State Government.]20
