Removal of members:-(1) The State Government may remove from office the [Vice-President]14or any member, other then the ex-officio member of the Board[×××]15on any of the following ground,s namely :- (a) that he is or has become disqualified for such appointment for any of the reasons specified in sub section (2) of section 5, or (b) that he has absented himself for more than four consecutive meetings of the Board without obtaining leave of absence, or (C) that he has been guilty of corruption or misconduct in the administration of the endowment. [1 A The President shall cease to hold office as such if the State Government declares that ;- (a) he has become disqualified for any of the reasons specified in clause (a) to (d) ,(f) and (g) of sub section (2) of sub section (5) or (b) his case falls under clause (c) of sub section (1) Provided that no such declaration shall be made unless he has been given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause there against.]16 (2) No person shall be removed under this section unless he has been given a reasonable opportunity of showing cause against his removal
