Office and meetings of the Board :- (1) The office of the Board shall be at Nathdwara. (2) For the transaction of its business the Board shall meet at such intervals as may be prescribed at Nathdwara unless a majority of the members decide to meet at same other convenient place. (3) The quorum for a meeting of the Board shall be five.
