Liability for loss etc.:-Every member of the Board including the President [and the Vice-President]21shall be liable for the loss, waste or misapplication of any money or other property belonging to, or constituting the endowment if such loss, waste or misapplication is a direct consequence of his wilful act or omission while holding office, and a suit for compensation may be instituted against him by the Board or by the State Government. 13.Remuneration to members :-Every member of the Board including the President [and the Vice-President]22shall be entitled to receive from out of the temple funds such travelling and halting allowances as may be prescribed.
