Short title, extent and commencement (1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Municipalities Laws (Repeal and Revival) Act, 2009. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on and from 10th February, 2009.
