(1) Any member may call the attention of the proper authority to any neglect in the execution of municipal work, to any wastage of municipal property or to the civic problems of any locality, and may suggest any improvement which he considers desirable. (2) Every member shall have the right to put questions to the Chairperson and to move resolutions on matters connected with the administration of the Municipality, subject to the rules prescribed. (3) Every member shall have the right to inspect, without payment of any fees, records of the Municipality at the municipal office, after giving due notice to the Chief Municipal Officer.
