Constitution of an Advisory Board – (1) For the purpose of advising the State Government in the matter of the preservation, maintenance, upkeep, protection, acquisition, regulation and control of ancient or historical monuments, archaeological sites and antiquities in the State, the State Government may constitute an Advisory Board under the name of the Rajasthan Board for ancient Monuments, Archaeological Sites and Antiquities. (2) The constitution of the Advisory Board and the procedure regarding its work shall be such as may be prescribed.
