TEACHER OF UNIVERSITY (1) The appointment of Teachers of the University shall be made in accordance with provisions of the Rajasthan Universities Teachers and Officers (Selection for appointment) Act 1974 (Act No. 18 of 1974). (2) Except in cases provided for by the statutes, teacher of the University shall be appointed under a written contract. The contract shall be logged 22 with the Vice-Chancellor and a copy thereof shall be furnished to the teacher concerned. The contract shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the statutes for the time being in force in relation to the conditions of service.
