TEACHING OF THE UNIVERSITY (1) All teaching recognized by the University shall be conducted in the University departments or in colleges, institutes and institutions. (2) The authorities responsible for organising such teaching shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The course of study and curricula shall be such as may be proscribed by Statutes and, subject thereto, by the Regulations.
