THE COUNCIL OF DEANS (1) The Council of Deans shall be in charge of all administrative matters pertaining to Constituent Colleges and University Teaching Departments including student discipline in such colleges or departments and shall make its recommendations to the Board. (2) It shall consist of : (a) The Vice-Chancellor as its Chairman; (b) The Dean of Student Welfare; and (c) The Deans of Colleges. 18
