DEANS OF THE CONSTITUENT COLLEGES (1) Each constituent College shall have a Dean. (2) Every Dean shall be appointed by the Board on the recommendations of the Selection Committee consisting of such persons as may be prescribed. (3) The Dean shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning his College.
