Grievances redressal mechanism.- The State Government shall, at an appropriate level, formulate various rules under the provisions of this Act which shall enable the applicants to lodge their grievances for redressal. The structure and the modus operandi of the grievance redressal mechanism shall be such as may be prescribed.
