(1) The Interest on Delayed Payments to Small Scale and Ancillary Industrial Undertakings Act, 1993is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Act so repealed under sub-section (1) , shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
