Savings. - Nothing in Sections 61 and 62 shall apply to any person- (a) who is entitled to practise under the Rajasthan Medical Act. or (b) who limits his practice to the art of dentistry, or (c) who practises homeopathy, or (d) who, being a nurse or dai. attends on a case of labour
