Rules. - (1) The State Government may, after previous publication. from time to time, make rules consistent with this Act to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) In particular, and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, the State Government may make rules for any of the following matters, namely:- (a) the time at which and the place and manner in which election shall be held under Section 6: (b) the regulation of elections under this Act; (c) the conduct of and the maintenance of correct minutes of meetings of the Board: (d) the manner in which vacancies shall be filled under Section 14: (e) the salary and allowances and other conditions of service of the Registrar and other officers and servants of the Board: (f) the form of the registers and lists of Vaidyas, Hakims [5Naturopathy and Yoga Chikitsaks] and midwives to be maintained under this Act: (g) the application of fees chargeable under this Act: (h) the manner in which appeals against the decisions of the Registrar shall be heard by the Board: (i) the expenses payable to the Chairman and members: ______________________________________________________________________
