Procedure in inquiries. - For the purpose of any inquiry held under clause (b) of sub- section (1) of Section 42, the Board or a Committee, as the case may be, shall exercise the power of a Commissioner appointed under the Public Servants (Inquiries) Act. 1850 of the Central Legislature as adapted to Rajasthan and the provisions of sections 5, 8 to 10, 14 to 16, 19 and 20 of the said Act shall, so far as may be, apply to every such inquiry.
