Establishment of the Board. - The State Government shall by notification in the Rajasthan Gazette, establish in the manner provided in Section 6, a Board to be called the Board of Indian Medicine. Rajasthan for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of this Act. Such Board shall be body corporate, shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may by the said name sue or be sued. ______________________________________________________________________
