Conditions of service, etc. - The conditions of service of the Registrar and other officers and servants of the Board appointed under Section 27 shall be the same as those of servants of the State Government of similar status, and all questions of their pay, allowances, promotion, leave, pension and provident fund shall be governed by rules applicable to the latter.
