Validity of proceedings. - No disqualification of or defect in the nomination, election or appointment of the Chairman or a member or any person acting as the presiding authority of a meeting shall be deemed to vitiate any act or proceedings of the Board or the Committee in which such Chairman, member or person has taken part. ______________________________________________________________________
