Temporary arrangements.- (1) At any time after the commencement of this Act and until such time as the authorities of the University are duly constituted, any officer of the 541 राजस्थान राज-पत्र, सितम्बर 24, 2021 भाग 4 (क) University may be appointed by the Vice-Chancellor, with the prior approval of the Chancellor, to carry on the duties of any such authority. (2) The Vice-Chancellor may make temporary appointments subject to the approval of the Board at its next meeting, following the making of such appointment.
