Application of General Fund. – The General Fund shall be utilized for meeting all expenses, recurring or non-recurring in connection with the affairs of the University: Provided that no expenditure shall be curved by the University in excess of the limits for total recurring expenditure and total non-recurring expenditure for the year, as may be fixed by the Board of Management, without the prior approval of the Board of Management. भाग 4 (क) राजस्थान राज-पत्र, धसतम्बर 15, 2011 21 (37) 37 | P a g e
