University to follow rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies. - Notwithstanding anything contained in this Act, the University shall be bound to comply with all the rules, regulations, norms, etc. of the regulating bodies Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt& i=] Qjojh 5] 2009 43 ¼63½ 63 and provide all such facilities and assistance to such bodies as are required by them to discharge their duties and carry out their functions.
