Recognition of Academic Qualifications granted by the Institute.- Subject to the provisions of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956 (Central Act No. 3 of 1956), and other laws for the time being in force, degrees, diplomas, and other distinctions granted भाग 4 (क) राजस् थान राज-पत्र, अगस् त 22, 2023 311 by the Institute shall be recognised qualifications for the purposes of the said Act and other laws.
