Board of Management. :- (1) The Vice-Chancellor shall, as soon as may be after the appointed day, order the constitution of the Board of Management in accordance with the provisions of the Statutes. (2) The Board shall consist of such members, exercise such powers and perform such functions as may be prescribed.
