Proceedings of University authorities and bodies not to be invalidated by reason of any vacancy :– Not act or proceeding of any authority or body of the University shall be invalidated by reason of the existence of a vacancy among its members or by reason of some person having taken part in the proceedings who is subsequently found not to have been entitled to do so.
