(1) The Board shall meet at such times, not less than four times in a year, as may be decided by the Chairperson. (2) Any urgent issue may be considered by the Board through circulation mode, subject to the ex post facto approval of the Board. (3) The Chairperson may invite any person to the meeting whose assistance or advice it may desire to obtain in performing any of its functions under this Act: Provided that the person so invited under sub-section (3) shall have a right to take part in such meeting, but shall not have a right to vote. (4) The quorum for the meeting of the Board shall be one-third of the total number of members. (5) Any issues and questions which may come up before any meeting of the Board shall be decided by a Majority.
