(1) The Board may, constitute such Committees as it may consider necessary for its proper and efficient functioning. (2) The composition and the terms and conditions of the services of the members of the Committees shall be such as may be prescribed. (3) The Board may make regulations to regulate the powers, functions and procedure of the Committees constituted under this section.
