- (1) The Rajasthan Lokayukta and Up-Lokayutka Ordinance, 1973 (Ordinance No. 3 of 1973) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the said Ordinance, anything done or any action taken under it, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act. (3) The provisions of this Act shall be in addition to the provisions of any other enactment or any rule of law under which remedy in any other manner is available to a person making a complaint under this Act and nothing under this Act shall limit or effect the right of such person to avail of such remedy.
