A 25 sub: by raj. Finance act no. 18 of 1998 w.e.f 31.7.98 the word, 22 and alongwith valuation report inserted. copy of the order passed under section 10 or 11 shall be served on the owner in such manner as may be prescribed and a copy of the said order shall also be sent to the Director and the prescribed officer.
