(1) The corporation shall furnish to the State Government, from time to time, such returns as the State Government may require. (2) The corporation shall in respect of each accounting year, furnish to the State Government within a period of three months from the date on which the annual accounts of the corporation are closed, a copy of the balancesheet as on the close of that year together with a profit and loss account for the year and report of the working of the corporation, including its policy and programme during the year. (3) The State Government shall cause copies of the said balance-sheet, profit and loss account and report of the working of the corporation to be laid before the State Legislature.
