Disqualification for membership of an authority.- A person shall be disqualified for being a member of any of the authorities of the University , if he- (a) Is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court; (b) Is an undercharged insolvent; (c) Has been convicted of any offence involving moral turpitude; (d)Is conducting or engaging him self in private coaching classes; or (e)H as been punished for indulging in or promoting unfair practice in the conduct o f any examination, in any form, anywhere.
