The objects of the University – The objects of the University shall be to undertake research and studies in the disciplines specified in Schedule Ii and such other disciplines as the University may with the prior approval o the State Government, determine from time to time and to achieve excellence and impart and impart disseminate knowledge in the said disciplines.
