(1) There shall be established a fund known as the Rajasthan Jan-Aadhaar Authority Fund for the purposes of this Act. (2) In addition to the sum of money paid by the State Government under section 27, the following shall be credited to the Fund, namely:- (a) aids and loans raised by the Authority with the prior approval of the Finance Department; (b) any sum of money received by the Authority by way of fees; (c) any other sum of money received by the Authority with the prior approval of the Finance Department. (3) The Fund shall be utilised by the Authority to meet out the expenses incurred in carrying out the purposes of this Act including payment of allowances to the non-official members of the Authority, payment of salaries and allowances to the officers and staff of the Authority.
