Any person aggrieved by any decision or order of any officer under this Act or any rule or regulation made thereunder may, within a period of sixty days from the date of the service of such decision or order, appeal to the appellate authority as prescribed by the regulation and subject to revision by the Board, the orders of the appellate authority on such appeal shall be final
