Teaching of the University. - (1) All teaching recognised by the University shall be conducted in the University or in colleges and institutions; Provided that for the purposes of clause (12) of section 4, the teaching so aided, may be recognised by ordinances for general or specific purposes. (2) The authorities responsible or organising such teaching shall be prescribed by the Statutes. (3) The courses of study and curricular shall be prescribed by the Ordinances and, subject thereto by the regulations.
