(Act No. 24 of 1959) (Received the assent of the Governor on the 17th day of May. 1959] An Act to validate orders passed and proceedings taken for the purpose by Collectors and Commissioners in excess of the power delegated to them under section 42A of the Rajasthan Land Reforms and Resumption of Jagirs Act, 1952 in certain cases for determination of the amount of compensation arid rehabilitation grant payable to Jagirdars under the said Act in respect of their resumed jagir lands.
