Restriction on the term of office of the Board of Studies.- No book written or published by any member of a Board of Studies of the University shall be prescribed or recommended for study for any examination of the University so long as such person remains a member of the Board of Studies. 37.Vacancy not invalidate proceeding.-No act done or 34 proceeding taken by any authority or body of the University shall be questioned or deemed to be invalid by reason only of any vacancy in the said authority or body. 1[37-A. Transfer of manpower- Notwithstanding anything contained in any law for the time being in force, the Chancellor may, in order to give effect to the provision of this Act, on the advice of the State Government, make such orders as are deemed necessary, for transfer of any officer, teacher, employee or servant from any other University of which he is the Chancellor to the University constituted under this Act on such terms and conditions as may be specified in the order.]
