Registrar. - (1) The Registrar of the University shall be appointed by the Executive Council in the manner laid down in the Rajasthan Universities Teachers and Officers (Selection for Appointment) Act, 1974 (Rajasthan Act No. 18 of 1974) as amended from time to time and on the recommendation of the Selection Committee constituted thereunder. (2) The salary, emoluments and other conditions of service of the Registrar shall be such as may be determined by the Executive Council. (3) The Registrar shall be the ex-officio Member-Secretary of the Executive Council and Academic Council.
