Officers.- The following shall be the officers of the University, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor; (ii) the Directors; (iii) the Deans; (iv) the Registrar; (v) the Comptroller; (vi) the University Librarian; (vii) the Controller of Examinations; (viii) the Estate Officer; and (ix) such other persons in the service of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be the officers of the University.
