List of practitioners. - (1) As soon as may be after the commencement of this Act, the Registrar shall prepare and keep a list of persons practising the homoeopathic system of medicine on such commencement. (2) Every person who is not qualified for registration under the Act but who proves in the prescribed manner that he has been, on such commencement, in regular practice of the homoeopathic system of medicine in the State, shall upon an application made by him in this behalf within 1[one and a half year] of such commencement be entitled to have his name entered in the aforesaid list on payment of a fee of rupees fifty. (3) The provisions of sub-section (2) of section 29, sub-sections (3) to (7) of section 30. section 31 and sub-section (1) of section 36 shall, so far as may be, apply to this list mutatis mutandis. ________________________________________________________________________________
