Definitions. - In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- (a) "Board" means the Board of Homoeopathic Medicine for Rajasthan established and constituted under the provisions of this Act: (b) "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Board; (c) "Homoeopathy" means the system of medicine founded by Dr. Hahnemann and includes the allied system of Bio-chemistry founded by Dr. Schussler and the expression "Homoeopathic" shall be construed accordingly: (d) "Member" means a member of the Board and includes the Chairman and Vice- Chairman thereof; (e) "Practitioner" means a person who practices the Homoeopathic system of Medicine: 1[(ee) "Recognised Medical Qualification" means any of the qualifications in Homoeopathy included in the Second or Third Schedule of the Homoeopathy Central Council Act, 1973]. (f) "Register" means the register of Homoeopaths maintained under section 29; (g) "Registered Homoeopath" means a homoeopathic practitioner registered under the provisions of this Act; (h) "Registrar" means the Registrar appointed under this Act; (i) "Vice-Chairman" means the Vice-Chairman of the Board. ________________________________________________________________________________
