(1) On and from the date of coming into force of this Act, the Rajasthan Gramdan Act, 1960 (Rajasthan Act 3 of 1960) shall stand repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the expiry of the Rajasthan Gramdan Ordinance, 1971 (Rajasthan Order 4 of 1971), anything done or deemed to have been done or any action taken or deemed to have been taken by or under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken by or under this Act. (3) The provisions of sub-section (2) shall be without prejudice to the provisions of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955 (Rajasthan Act 8 of 1955), which shall respectively apply to the repeal and expiry of the laws mentioned in sub-sections (1) and (2).
