Delegation of powers.- The State Government may, by notified order, direct that the power to make orders or issue Hkkx 4 ¼d½ jktLFkku jkt&i=] Qjojh 7] 2014 67¼25½ 25 notification under section 5 shall, in relation to such matters and subject to such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the direction, be exercisable also by such officer or authority subordinate to State Government as may be specified in the direction.
