Declaration of goods.- (1) The State Government may, if it is satisfied that it is necessary so to do in the public interest and for reasons to be specified in the notification published in the Official Gazette, declare the goods to which the provisions of this Act shall apply. (2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be after it is issued, before the House of the State Legislature and thereupon the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 26A of the Rajasthan General Clauses Act, 1955(Act No. 8 of 1955) shall apply mutatis mutandis to such notification.
