(1) This Act may be called the Rajasthan Flood Plain Zoning Act, 1990. (2) It extends to the whole of the State of Rajasthan. (3) This section shall came into force at once and the remaining provisions of this Act spalleene into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint:- Provided that different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act, and for different areas of different rivers.
